Well some of you might remember my posts from last year. I got into PUA early last year and really had little success with women but that's all down to me. I have a habit of self sabotage. In September last year I started a new job and I lost interest in PUA.

I've been going to Salsa and Ceroc classes on and off for the last few month but this just feels like a substitute for what I need to be doing to improve. When I was going out talking to women sober in clubs and bars it just felt right (well most of the time).

I've not really looked on this forum much but I did just read K's field report (http://www.puaforum.co.uk/field-repo...why-we-do.html).
I could still be that guy, with a low self worth when it comes to women.

I know if I could just relax and talk to women I find attractive I'd have success. I want to be able to approach and talk with to women with intent.

Anyway just though I'd share that and will put some field reports up if anything interesting happens.
