Update: I've improved! I have approached many more women than I ever used to and the more I do the more confidence I gain and the easier it gets. I have never had as much sex as what I have in the last six months and although its been fun I've not found a single girl I want to spend much time with which is ultimately what I'm after!
There has been a girl at work who I have fancied for about a year....I think you could call its my one-itis! Cant get her off my bloody mind and I fall to bits when talking to her!! Walked into her office today and asked her out, not knowing if she was single. She was but told me she was seeing someone....I felt like a 16 year old boy, it was horrible, I'd thought of several things to say if she wasn't available and I said none. Its shit, I feel shit, I shouldn't but I do. However at least I felt something unlike all of the other people over the last 6 months.

I would try and move on from past ventures. There are way too many girls out there to have one-tis over one! In a few months you will probably be smiling to yourself at the fact you thought so highly of her. Also, is chasing office girls really that wise?

Phil, there has been a large gap from when I last really spoke to her, your probably right though. Yep....ive told myself to stop being a pussy but its a struggle. I forgot to say that straight after work I went straight round and fucked a girl who most of you (including me) would say at first glance is hotter than the office chick. Well, we had a Christmas party last night and ended up in town after. There were a few girls in town out who found out that I asked the girl from work out! They told me that one of the reasons that I had probably been unsuccessful is because of my 'reputation'. So seems like I might be seen as a bit of a player...not what I really want but also sounds like I should push a bit harder with her.
