Default Yoyoyo Blueprint listening session. - 23-02-2012, 09:25 PM

Doing a refresher course on the blueprint. Sat down about a year back and wrote notes on it as i listened - super nerd style.

So i'm listening to an hour/part each morning then posting the notes.

If anyone want's to join in this amazing adventure the steps are simple just listen to an hour of the blueprint a day and hopefully a five min recap thro notes will help that shit sink in.

Haven't read the notes for a long time so they may be trash but the listening should be golden. Notes will be posted in the seduction/article section.

Btw, on part 5 2moro, so maybe shud hav posted this a few days back. Also i skipped parts 1 and 2.

Enjoying this steady blueprintness.

All notes are being posted in one article - 'Blueprint notes part three'.

Didn't write any notes for parts: 1,2,16,17,18,19,20.

How do you feel it affects you? Has The Blueprint actually properly helped you other than food for thought?

If so, what exactly was it that helped?

I'll give you my answer Shah.

For me, it hit home the realization that there is no cool or chode or anything else. You don't need the coolest clothes, or the tightest abs to pull. You just need to be interesting and confident.

I watched the first 2-4 hours then just went out and did it. I would say the same to anybody else. Watch what successful guys do when they are out. It's not their clothes or money, it's their confidence & body language. It all stems from being confident, dont emulate their body language be confident and do it yourself...

Also Tyler Durden is a creep

The program's message : a move from social conditioning and the ego to authenticity and self esteem is a very interesting one.

It's helped. I notice social conditioning now and I am less affected by it,
I notice my ego which over time will mitigate, and that's how it is advertised, the program is a slow gradual change.

If i'd spent all that time going out, listening and putting tony robbins seminars into practice, learning guitar or doing any number of other things i'd without a doubt have a lot more to show for my time.
