I suggested the other 2 RSD programs as they are starter programs rather than advanced and 18hrs of blueprint bored the crap outa me!!
The others are much shorter and more manageable good to watch in not going out time.Torrent them Scorpiolover think theres one with all RSD material on.These videos should not be used as an excuse not to be going out tho!! otherwise you`ll have to give Rabbid a £10er (not going out tax!!)

Hopefully i will get the disk off him next week and have a look over them,
my work colleauge's daughter invites me out quite often with her girlie mates maybe i should be doing more of an effort to go with them to get used to womens company and how to be more at ease with woman,

i have since been trying self hypnosis to get the ex out of my mind, ( sorry Rabbid for mentioning her again £10 on the way to you

)
so hopefully a few more of these and she will be gone then its back on facebook to get myself out there into the comunity

Next get out there and start using all of this information you have been Learning. At the moment it just seems that you are reading everything but you don't necessarily need to. You can read all about a sport or subject but unless you train and do you'll never be much cop

It's a shit place to be thinking about some girl but we've all been there so sometimes you just have to choose your path then put 1 foot in front of the other. Good luck

these are words you can use to link sentences fluently.

but always make sure you lead the feeling dont tell the feeling.

i want you to relax is a command

This means you can easily relax is a lead statement

Ah good point there, i do find it quite hard to do but its getting eiser each time, sometimes i do it in bed which is a mistake as i usually fall asleep, sitting in a chair is best i find, really want to try to make this work for me

i had it done years ago to me and it work, not straight away but after a couple of weeks all my worries had gone,

does it matter how many times you try doing it?

i bought it years ago but u can probly torrent it now

download it, breaks everythin down from hypnosis to covert conversation & story telling

if u have a drop box account ill send u it

Hi there,

You need to find a good wing and get out there.

Stop reading, it wont help you, the Game is enough to get you started.

Previous peoples comments about going to social events, classes or evening work is spot on, baby steps, this won't happen over night. Doing this will get you out and interacting which is a very good thing.

It took me two years to get to where I am now but if u stick with it you will get rewarded.

Do be careful though, Game isn't just about talking to women it's about attracting them and seducing them, get out there, find a wing nr you and smash it dude!!!!

Ali thanks for your comment matey I do need a wing your right but at the mo I'm stuck with the ex on my mind ( sorry rabbid another 10 quid LOL) and its not letting me get out there and play my game, once I get this sorted I can move on women can pick up straight away if you damaged goods so to speak LOL

Id recommend blueprint as well, the other RSD programs are just cookie-cutter orthodox method based PUA shite.

I also like recommend john alexanders "alpha male" e-book - its basically about how to fake being a confident successful person :-).

You either have a personality in my experince very few people in the real life situation when first meeting them captivate the listener with great diction and a clear articulate voice and that have wit and great verbal abilty and true self confidence which i think very few people have,

My advise is to ban your self from pua furums get out and talk to people pratise the art of good conversation learn to listen learn good timing and be funny witty challengeing not a metro sexual guy but a guy women will find sexy and intresting a real man in her eyes. .

As my dad said to me remember that every beuatiful woman has to squat just like you my son and take a shit so fuck the fear there is no fear you dont care what people think .
