Who in the history of the world, except possibly Hitler (and I dont know much about his relationship with Eva), has made a logical decision about a life partner / child bearer based on the quality of their genes? A little perspective required I think.

What exactly is wrong with saying that someone isn't a match for you because they have fake boobs or perhaps you don't like the way their hips look?
You find out further down the line that there's something you don't like about them.

what if you were perfectly genetically matched but you turn her down cos of fake boobs? I do believe a lot of the genetic stuff is in the smell.
