Has anyone on here had this issue, if so how did you over it ??
Any tips are appreciated.

Yes lots of issues, it can be a real problem I remember it well. I used to avoid some clubs simply becuase they were unworkable. So my first tip is try different clubs.
Check out every where in the club, I'd been going to this club 4 or 5 times before I realised it had an upstairs seated chill out area very quiet, okay so seated area's present a different set of problems but the point is all clubs will have quiet areas, have wander round, areas near the entrance tend to be quieter.
I tend to talk quiet so I used a few improve your voice techniques I downloaded I'm not going to reference the material. I'd check out the good stuff on amazon then see if you can torrent it and fuck the anti -pirate and gay members on here. Vocal training does work, also the more confident you get the louder you become.
Smoking areas are good advice (I did this a lot, even as a non-smoker), problem is if she goes in and goes into a noisy area, your back to square one.
Finally, don't bite her shoulder, for fuck sake she'll think you're a creep or have fucking vampire fetish
