It's all of a sudden come to me and I can finally start to post my thoughts and feelings on this forum and hopefully get some help and advice from you guys.

I live and work in London, so many fit girls walk past me everyday, they look at me and I look at them. Then we walk past each other and that's that.
I must see a hundred potential sarges every day but do nothing about it.

I'm a fairly good looking guy so know theres nothing wrong in that department, however I have the biggest problem to overcome, even more than looking like a retard.

I have no idea what to say to girls, I can't think of anything that makes me sound interesting and it stops me from approaching because I really do forget what to say. I'm not a social retard by any stretch of the imagination. When I go out with my friends with their girlfriends we all get on like a house on fire as I know that their my mates birds so I don't feel intimidated and I can be myself. As soon as I speak to a girl that might be attracted to me it all falls apart! I don't know what to say and if I do say something it's normally boring or offensive, especially if i've had a drink (I know, don't do it!). So now I've pretty much just stopped talking to girls because I've convinced myself that it will lead to nowhere and I have nothing to say that she wants to hear in the first place.

I think the only way to remedy the situation is by going out with someone who's like minded and that can spur me onto start sets and help me to start talking to girls without fear of rejection. At the minute it really is doing my head in!!

I'm sick of typing the same thing over and over again. There was talk about sticky threads for new members, where is Kowalski's attempt to manipulate new members apart from the obvious attempt the content is reall quite good?

Niel Strauss' 'The Game' and 'Rules of the Game', RSD Blueprint, 'The Mystery Method' etc.
This stuff will give the tools to start a conversation and hopefully help you in getting over your AA

The two best things I use to get over my AA are;
- 3 Second Rule
- An indifference to any negative responses, simply a 'who gives a shit attitude'

Yeah this helps, but it wont solve the problem for you.

You need to be the one who goes out there and starts talking.

Go get rejected a few times, have a laugh about it, its not that bad once its happend a few times.

The only original addition is that of material and planned routine. None of which was ever particularly original at the time anyway.
