How to not feel like a burden -

When chatting women up, I often feel like a burden she wants to get rid of.
I could assume that she is so into me, it's just her insecurities.
I used to do this and had mothers take their daughters away from me.
It was always me trying to make conversation and her being quiet. And the older I got, the more it happens and now at 41, it happens all the time with everyone below 40.
I don't know if it's a false belief, a sfp or reality, after all, women, they don't give feedback.
I don't want to feel like a burden, I want women be excited to have permission to be around me, not again the "why is he talking to me" vibe, I now get all the time.
Given that it's all the time, just approaching more is not the solution.
What is usually causing this, what's the most likely cause I should focus on?
Being in state makes you feel alive
