I want short term fat loss on my belly, and then progress into a more long term weights plan.. I just ran 1.5 mile, and I admit, I'm fucked. I also got back ache after about a mile, but I think thats my technique cos I keep landing on my heels I can't seem to push myself forward enough to run properly.
I do agree you should look after yourself to expect the super hot babes... they spend enough time looking after theirself... |
2 weeks of intense weight training 8 hours a day for 5days, 2 days rest, 5days, 2 days. eating protein in evening, carbs in morning and u'll be basically ripped. Most people dont hav the time or reason or motivation to push it that hard.

I agree that cannot be sustained past two weeks but it certainly gets changes started. After that run, do weights every few days and you can build up with good diet. Take ur vitamins. Cut bread and sugar.
