Exercises (don't actually play pool very much) - Go to the gym 2-4 times a week, Play cricket once a week, Work part time on my folks farm. All these things keep me in reasonable shape. Although I'm sure a tonne of guys on here can recommend gym routines etc, I find this keeps me in shape, is enjoyable and has stopped turning me into a "gym bunny"
Am the wrong person to ask about
diet, again more experienced ppl on here than me to offer advice. Essentially I try and eat a rounded diet, avoid too much shit, we all knwo what we shouldn't eat, but occasionally it's fine I reckon.
To me, an attractive lifestyle is doing the stuff I enjoy (Cricket, going out with mates, playing my guitar, going to gigs, dressing sharp etc etc) and also not being afraid to try new shit that sometimes scares me. eg. going on a dating tv programme, all my mates are like
"this is going to be fucking humiliating!"
Part of me thinks that too, not going to lie, but another part feels quite charged up by that fear the "fuck it" effect.
