All I know about Gambler is that his book which got rave reviews on Amazon turned out to be the most uncomfortable toilet paper I ever used. But hey, I had to find some use for it after reading it and finding out the words aren't worth the paper its printed on. I am 100% sure he wrote all those reviews himself.

I edited a book for somone, who self published, and it has all five and four star reviews on Amazon.com, mostly fives. It is utter shite and I wouldn't advise anyone I know to read it. I think he got people he knows to write the reviews.
