Firstly, you know how much it's going to fuck her up if you do and I'm surprised nobody here has mentioned this. She might be a stalker with issues but that doesn't mean she's not a human being that deserves some respect. I'm surprised nobody has brought up this point, instead focusing on selfish points.

Secondly and along the same lines as the selfish points brought up by others, is the increased stalking and probably drama that she's going to cause in your life after this worth a simple bit of sex that you can get elsewhere anyway?
