Yeah when its done right you convey that you are a dominant male who is basically going to fuck her. Its not really a method its just presenting what is. Works a lot better if you are healthy and well fed that day.

I know this is slipping into dangerous levels of introspection, but I suspect that sometimes when I aim to be more alpha, I may simply come across as arrogant. I know for a fact I've overdone the arrogance part of things when I'm trying to be 'cocky funny'.

It comes down to expectation and frame control, if you have the full expectation that noone will dare to approach your woman then they probably wont. As they start to approach theyll see you react because they are breaking your expectation. If you fully expect people to enjoy your jokes they probably will because they will see they come from a place of certain authenticity. If you expect to win any fight, you probably wont get challenged to a fight because you exude confidence. It doesnt have to be based on reference experiences, you can just decide to expect an outcome. Girls will know I'm the best guy in the room, men will not dare to challenge me, I am myself everywhere I go and everyone is on my team. There is no competition. If you 'know' these things, more outcomes will align with these opinions because you are confident. If I'd been more sober I could have taken that AMog on in social combat and whooped him, that would have been the only way to win. Dominate and confuse him with a stronger reality.
