Direct game is the answer!

I have recently had my entire line of thinking in the rules of the game changed. I've only ever tried indirect game before and tbh never got very far, had a few closes but usually I'd just chat for awhile and never close.

After reading a post on here about direct game I thought I'd give it a shot, so this friday I went out and went up to a girl I saw had been watching me (she was probably about a 7) and opened with a combination of openers I've heard from fellow pua's. 'I noticed you from over there and had to come and tell you I think you're gorgeous', I then went on with 'but theres a lotta good looking girls in here so what else you got goin for you besides your looks?' She asked my name etc and within a few minutes I kiss closed with 'you look like a good kisser'. I left with her number and was amazed that this type of direct game actually works!

What is your guys opinion on this? Cos a lot of it went against a lot of the 'rules' I'd read about in strauss' rules of the game, cos I woulda thought tellin a girl shes gorgeous would instantly put her value above yours. Do you think this is a good routine to use or did I just get lucky?

This is pretty much what I do with few variations and its fairly consistent, single girls want to be approached by a confident guy and you don't have to have some magical weird technique, you just need to be good enough or better than average and the average guy won't do this. Wouldn't pay attention to "the rules" to much, just look at how many normal guys in a club that kiss a girl use them...

Just sounds like you were going in with a lot of confidence, and it worked. The fact that she had to qualify herself probably threw her off-guard a bit as well, thus making you stand out from the other chodes in the club. Nice work

From direct approaches I have got into a girls bed the same night, and have also had the girl pretty much run off from me.

With indirect approaches I normally just find out what they think of girls with tattoos.

Not saying you cant have success with both but for me direct is way better as I struggle to get from asking opinions on things, to the point of being sexual.

This made me laugh as it's pretty much the same as my experience, tried indirect a bit before realising that it's not efficient. I'd rather a girl blow me out after 20 seconds because she has boyfriend than spend ages sneaking in under the radar and having to transition onto showing my intent talking bullshit I don't really care about to find out I've been wasting my time.
