Haven't posted on here in a while. Hope this is the right forum.

So started seeing a girl before christmas and long story short she ended staying with me for a few weeks.
I went AFC and stopped doing all the things I enjoyed doing and concentrating only on her. Needless to say it all went bad and I started doubting myself. She left and I'm glad.

I was concentrating on the fact that she was hot and letting all those personality flaws not matter. I'm not doing that anymore.

I am back. This time I am dating as many women as I can before I make any kind of commitment, and then only if I want to. I have one girl completely addicted to me (all though honestly I've not done anything apart from live my life) and date with another girl tomorrow.

So what have I learned. Live your life first, nothing is forever (especially women). Make yourself happy by doing what you love, if someone wants to come along for the ride that's fine but be damn sure about it before you let them.

I am so happy being me again. I refuse to go AFC again, that way leads to the dark side.

No need to rush into relationships or getting girls to move in as soon as you've met them.

How many blokes have made this error, it's a hand up from me. I've been in a similar situation myself so it's refreshing to hear your attitude, good drills !!

I completely agree. There is no way I would have had her stay with me under normal circumstances. She got thrown out and had nowhere to go and was working a short term theatre job. Thought I might get a few karma points for making a short term sacrifice.

I can honestly say that I'm reaping the rewards all though there is no way I'd do it again.
