All my super hot momas (mostly) have been pulled whilst in shape, this could be down to my own confidence.

but its not

women are now subject to the same advertising of sex men have been for years... its a fairly recent thing, probly the past 10 years but now women are becomeing more obsessed with THE TV MAN

i think women after a while will give in to the charms of an ugly man, but this is supposing u have TIME on ur side, with direct approach... if ur not lookin good... UR NOT GETTIN NOWHERE

Just look at most hot women who have bfs. Most of the time their bfs are good looking too. It's not about tv either. It's genetics, symmetry, proportions, which advertise healthy genes.

By having a great personality you can punch above your weight, but not as much as PUA wants you to think. This is their selling point.

I've seen average looking guys do quite well, but an ugly guy with a hot chick is a rare sight indeed and chances are she would cheat on him to get to the good seed.

I just go running most days for now. It keeps the gut away and relaxes me. I reckon I might join the gym again though. I used to do a bit of body building. I got fucked off with the diet though and limiting myself to drinking once a week.

Protein boys. Lots of protein. Get protein shakes and eat chicken and eggs.

Try and hit at least 1 gram of protein for every kg of your body weight, per day.

Lift the heaviest weights that u can manage, in 30 min sessions three times a week, having protein shake after.

It's worth shelling out for a gym personal trainer for at least three sessions, as it'll open your eyes to many more exercises, across the wide range of muscle groups, with correct lifting approach etc. After u know this, u can do these sets without paying for a trainer.

I agree with the OP that looks are a big factor (nature's law), but the number of times I've seen a fit bird with a guy who is quite ugly (at best distinctly average) and thought to myself "how the fuck did he get her?!" runs into the hundreds if not thousands. The majority of these guys didn't pull them on a night out, most of them will have either worked with them and wormed their way in over time, or met them through a mutual friend (so there was never any cold approaching involved).

It's a gram per pound, 2.2 per kilo. I used to do three grams of protein per pound and I grew fast! It was very expensive though. I might try GOMAD. A gallon of milk a day, to get loads of cheap extra protein. Better than steroids, they say.

Mystery pretty much had it right in terms of what women respond to. However thats now seen as less marketable than the "new" message that social status etc don't matter.

However, all this "make yourself look good" is, as is shown by some posts in this thread, open to serious misinterpretation. The way I see it, by all means go to the gym a couple of times a week, eat well and take care of your appearance, but if you start taking "2 grams of protein for every gram of bodyweight", busting out the fake tan and wearing douchebag t-shirts to attract girls, you are an absolute tool and people (me included) will laugh at you.

I think the key is confidence. I did my dissertation on self-efficacy (yawn), all research is conclusive in that greater perceived confidence in whatever situation is directly related to outcome.

Looks aside, If going to the gym gives you greater confidence then keep at it. I have become much more confident over the last few months and have seen my success with women increase at the same time.

Sometimes looks can be a disadvantage, Women are not always thinking with their pussys, if they think you are a player, they might want a safer option, less good looking guy that wont fuck em and chuck em.

Why do we need to labour this point that 'looks matter'. This is what we are force-fed most days with advertising, whether it's the tv or a billboard on the high street. There's nowhere to hide on this one, and most guys lap it up and think 'she doesn't like me because the way i look'... or 'she likes me for the way i look'.

Surely we should be encouraging people to not be so self-conscious about the way they look and have more purpose in life and what they offer girls.

It's the opposite for me. I spent a lot of my life thinking my appearance was pretty important to attracting girls. Now I've come to realise it's way down on the scale for me and the girls. It's chilled me out and life is easier... and I don't mean in a lazy way.
