Im gonna do this coz its right There is a constant argument about looks matter/ dont All my super hot momas (mostly) have been pulled whilst in shape, this could be down to my own confidence. but its not women are now subject to the same advertising of sex men have been for years... its a fairly recent thing, probly the past 10 years but now women are becomeing more obsessed with THE TV MAN i think women after a while will give in to the charms of an ugly man, but this is supposing u have TIME on ur side, with direct approach... if ur not lookin good... UR NOT GETTIN NOWHERE so do looks matter... at first..... for a fairly long time. why am i sayin this... i dunno coz im not that arsed abar the opinon from anyone coz im right. im just sat on the bog an wanted to post. |
Just look at most hot women who have bfs. Most of the time their bfs are good looking too. It's not about tv either. It's genetics, symmetry, proportions, which advertise healthy genes.
By having a great personality you can punch above your weight, but not as much as PUA wants you to think. This is their selling point. I've seen average looking guys do quite well, but an ugly guy with a hot chick is a rare sight indeed and chances are she would cheat on him to get to the good seed. |

havent been since i got back from ibiza. decided after me losing my shape tieing in with the hot stripper drifting out of touch (we didnt really talk it was just a fuck then leave job)

I just go running most days for now. It keeps the gut away and relaxes me. I reckon I might join the gym again though. I used to do a bit of body building. I got fucked off with the diet though and limiting myself to drinking once a week. |

Protein boys. Lots of protein. Get protein shakes and eat chicken and eggs. Try and hit at least 1 gram of protein for every kg of your body weight, per day. Lift the heaviest weights that u can manage, in 30 min sessions three times a week, having protein shake after. It's worth shelling out for a gym personal trainer for at least three sessions, as it'll open your eyes to many more exercises, across the wide range of muscle groups, with correct lifting approach etc. After u know this, u can do these sets without paying for a trainer. |
