Just ask her again. If she tries to change the subject. Just say, "Oi, I just asked you a question." If she doesn't agree to a date, forget about her, unless you like chatting on facebook.
About the number, next time your chatting on facebook, just send her your number. She should send you hers in return, hopefully.
