So i was doing an ice-breaker at work and thought, hang on a sec, this could work in pick up to get some good rapport.

i tried it with a girl i've met a couple of weeks ago and it got some really good conversation going and lead to lots to branch off on.

its called 'six degrees of separation' - so the idea is. and introduce it in this way. that everyone is on average approximately six steps away from any other person on earth - so that a chain of "a friend of a friend" statements can be made to connect any two people in 6 steps or fewer.

basically to get it started you might talk about where u live/grew up, places u visited, gigs u might have both been too etc. the girl i did it with, it led to some really fun convo and she really opened up.

gonna field test to see how it works when just meeting someone.
