can't see a issue as long as your motives are purely financial benefit or you don't like living alone.
be careful with living with them girls they have strange habits like leaving the toilet seat down.

I lived with girls for 3 years. They were a lot cleaner than my male housemates and regularly cooked me meals. It was great!
Saying this, it shouldn't really matter what sex your housemates are.

I once had a female housemate; at the time I was in a LTR
Eventually the LTR finished and I was back out on the game getting up to no good Ended up shagging my female housemate (she hit on me big style!) and she became an almost daily fuck But I couldn't see myself in a LTR with her But after each time I took some other chicks back to the house with me, while she was in the house, she went mental as wasn't comfortable with the 'open' concept which we had both been at great pains to define and she had fully signed up to at the time. She moved out. I wasn't surprised. Good luck.
