Hi All,

I am going to be 26 years old tomorrow and moved to the UK 3 years ago and I would really like to get into the picking up game.
Overall I have not been successful with women and not had many experiences.
I have heard about picking up from podcast and books like “the game“.
I don’t have any problems approaching women in the first place but carrying the conversation after is a bit of a struggle .
Since I have moved I have not made any actual friends outside the gym or work as my work is pretty much an hour away from Nottingham which means the majority of my colleagues are not even in Nottingham to go out with.
I would like to get over this so I am looking for and get the to experience as many women as possible before getting any older. I am really looking for someone to take under their wing regardless of age and coach me through this as I really wanna get out of this situation. Whatever it is day game or online or anything really.

Would appreciate anyone who can help and I would really give this my all.

Learn to tell interesting/funny stories about yourself, situations etc to build your conversation skills. True stories are best as they are more congruent, add banter and ask her open ended interesting questions, listen carefully to her answerers as there will be a ton of leads to follow and build on from her answerers.

This is just basic to help with improving conversation skills, even in cold approach day game you will still need conversation skills.

Good story telling and banter with some intrigue, creates attraction

Interesting questions and conversation, creates rapport and comfort

flirting and innuendo will create sexual attraction.

Dont forget good eye contact and body language.

There is much more to this, as I said this is just the basics, im sure some others can add to this.

Seeing that all the clubs are still closer and with are still dealing with Covid 19.

Do you think it’s still acceptable to do day approaches ? Or is it better to be them done

during going to out to pubs? Or are both not acceptable due to covid19 ?

I am really looking to get out of my comfort zone and meet new people cuz I hate online

dating and don’t feel like it’s the right thing. Since I don’t get many matches and Tinder

and such sites.

I too joined the Forum in the hope of great discussion etc etc, and am very disappointed in the lack of responce and action on the Forum, seems as though its probably had its day, Admin seem to have lost interest as well as members, apart from attracting spam posts no one bothers. Such a shame.

I dont see a problem in approaching if you are doing day game/night game etc, I have approached in pubs coffee shops and have had no problem having conversations with anyone. Those who are not happy to be approached will make it clear. Go for it.

If you are based in Nottingham and in q similar age group as me I don’t mind meeting and going out together and hopefully we can learn this together

Thanks for response. One more thing I am concerned about is approaching girls that are age 16-17. I mean I have a type and it’s usually cute petit girls but sometimes it’s really had to tell of the girl is 18 or over.

I know that by law here in the UK you can date people at that age but is that something I should be worrying as I am bad at guessing the ages especially when they put make up on.

For example approached a bartender today and she was really cute and asked for her Instagram then She said she is 17 and got busy with work. That sort of put me in shock and I did not know how to respond so I just said “that’s a shame” and headed for restroom.

By law under 18s cannot serve alcohol behind the bar. My advice would be to look for girls that look a little older if you are unsure, and you dont feel comfortable asking their age.

By the time I got out she disappeared and was busy with work etc so I did not even get it her Instagram but will come back later to the shop ?

If she is only 17 i wouldnt bother with her, unless you like being in a thousand selfies with her pouting like a fish.
