Be sincere in your approach, say what's on your mind. In that situation i would probably just say 'Hey! I couldn't let you walk past without talking to you, i'm ***' (if that's what your thinking that is!)

If you do that in the day-time you will stand out a mile coz not many people have got the balls to do it. Hope that helps
