text her, less flaking that way. make a plan with some mates to do something interesting first, and when you talk to her you can invite her along

In response to sidewinders comment I wouldn't invite a girl out with my mates unless there was already a good level of attraction and comfort built. For a day 2 I would pretty much always go for a one on one date.
