I've been getting loads of phone numbers lately but i'm not converting them into dates and f closes. Has anyone any tips.

Basically if i get a number, what's the best way to get that girl over to my house?

so i start off the textin like a continuation of the first convo, no introductions... lik ei expect her to remember me in full

Make sure you let them know the date will be alot more than a normal date... make them look forward to it.

Ok, so right now, most of the numbers I got I have built some kind of connection. Either k-close on a night out or serious conversation. Most of them have replied to my messages. I don't like asking directly out because i don't like to come across as needy. Is this a sticking point?

Example, last friday night there was an event on. I asked the girl if she was coming. I then framed the situation as though everyone was going and she'd seriously be missing out. Then she said she was looking for people to go with. They flaked on her so she didn't come. She text me saying she was really sorry she couldn't make it. Should i have just told her to come and hang out with me?

So for some statistics, in the last 3 months, I have k-closed maybe 15-20, I have number closed about 7, I have f-closed 3 but I have not gone on any date. Of the number closes, I am only really interested in dating 3 of them but i would probably meet up with any of them just for the practice. What should my best approach be to increase my number of dates/getting a girl over?

Clearly you need to start asking them out on dates if you want dates. If you dont want to sound needy dont 'ask' her to go out on a date with you. Its all in the way you word it, example.....

'I just went to this great bar, I have to take you some time, when are you free?'

That was just the first thing that come into my head, but make it sound like there isn't a doubt in your mind that she wouldn't want to spend time with you. If she is interested she will respond positively and make the plans, if not move to the next number.
