Some people, I think in the seduction community, think badly of compliments and put emphasis on negs.

But in my experience, the girl can become more connected to you, if you compliment her in the right situation. I try to compliment a woman only when I feel its justified... if a woman is not intelligent, I will not compliment her on her intelligence.. and if I did she would probably know that I was being dishonest. But I think that every woman has a postive side (well maybe not all lol). But all in all compliment appear to , in my experience , enhance rapport.

So I was wondering what sort of compliments you use, and whether you have anything say about negs and compliments.?? any experiences or suggestions ?

I don't purposely use negs , but sometime I do by mistake , like telling a woman she looked a lot hotter when she was younger, when she showed me her pictures ! It was intented to be a compliment lol, but she said , 'Don't I look hot now? '. I am not sure if thats DHV or DLV, as it could seem insensitive.

I may experiment mixing negs with compliments to push the emotions.

I totally agree. Just don't hide behind a compliment such as 'I like your shoes'. Make your intent and confidence clear with something like 'I'm only talking to you cos youre so hot'.

I dont like the word negging. I call it being playful. And it is not rehearsed, it comes naturally as the situation arises. With an initial approach, I find that it is better giving compliments and go direct especially in day game. Example: "I love what you wearing". Another example: I was in HMV last night and I was standing next to this hottie on the hip hop/soul section, I just said "you have a good music taste" and we got talking...!!

I also don't like the word neg, not many people seem to get it right. Generally Negs should only be used on HB 9 or 10 (occasionally 8s). These girls are always getting compliments from AFC's and it takes someone different, with more confidence to be playful with them. If you neg a 6 or 7 then they will just think you're being rude.

Yeah Negs are thrown around as the magic pill, but you only neg the top HBs.

Some PUA's actually give a compliment before the introduce themselves and ask questions. In a sense , this actually feels more natural than going up to a girl and asking for her opinion.

In the early days, I would go around saying "did you see the two girls fighting outside, blah blah....!" For me then, it was the right opener to use although it was fake and false cos I didnt see a fight LOL. And it was the right opener cos I didnt know what else to say and I was petrified. But now, saying a girl is cute, hot, cool etc just comes naturally...! Whatever the response is immaterial...!
