I'd suggest that this is to be done via PM (on both parts) and no-one would lose face in front of new members and would help maintain the respect that this forum has within the community, instead of looking like chav TV.

This is no dig against anyone, I don't know you guys enough to do this, but I see field reports as a way to ask for advice to hone your skills rather than a place to brag. We have all pulled and shagged birds, we don't really need to brag, we need to show where we went wrong so we can be corrected or advised by our peers, attract advice, have questions answered etc.

Bragging when you pulled a coup is cool, but not the reason for the field report forum, it is to attract/give help. If you can't help or attract help, then there is no point posting.

I only post FR's if I want constructive feedback, not "you are a wanker", "you are gay" "you are an idiot" etc.

I'd also suggest that if you have stress you want to vent, go on the "slapper" rooms on MSN forums and eat your heart out!

Wow! From a sheer observation point of view... I find it amazing how one person can change the whole atmosphere of a group of people (had the same situation at work). It will result in 2 ways.

1) 'Boat Rockers' will leave the community. (I don't think they should - I think they have something to contribute - they just have to communicate it better)
2) 'Boat Rockers ' get blazed, then calibrate to fit in, a select few will ignore them for a while... But over time will start communicating again.

I'm sure there is a whole phsycology book written on how communities deal with the integration of extreme personalities. If anyone know about one let me know... Would e handy to deal with a situation at work.

I think you're reading too much into it mate.

Phil isn't an extreme personality - he isn't some radical, maverick, free-spirited thinker, who is here to rock the PUA world to its foundations, as I'm sure he would love you to belive.

Basically, people aren't jealous/angry at him, it's just irritating to log on to here, a free website full of mostly sound people, and see the drivel he writes which is obviously fabricated - it gives other 'PUAs' a bad name. When you try to raise it with him, his response is usually along the lines of:

"u iz defo jelous of me m8, jus cos i hv da ballz 2 go up 2 brds and ask if dey wana fuk wile u stay at home n wank".

This is from a man who actually has a child - you would expect at least a little maturity.
