so you went on holiday,was doing alright but came back and its hardly anything?
well maybe its th atmosphere, holiday locations, everyone wants to have fun, noone knows alot of people and its a perfect ambiance for pick up. then you get home, people have busy lives again, women have all their friends a love interests already, they have places to be, other people to talk to, or jobs to get on with.

maybe, just maybe, your game has adapted to the openness of beinf on holiday, and now your back, you have to start off more like you dont have to be talking to them and have other stuff to do.

im saying this because although the lincoln freshers night was my first proper sarge with my wing ace, we realised that everyone was easy to open, as they were out to meet people. they were all new and eager. so on the way back, we were sayinghow good it was, until we realised, its not going to be that easy in a few weeks time. the games a great one, but the pitch has many conditions and play always resumes

I think I know what you're talking about Camarda.

Holidays are an escape - you feel like you're living a different life in a better world where you are free to express yourself without fear. When you return to 'normality' - you experience the old feelings associated with normality such as fear, anxiety and failure. Maybe.

But ultimately it's all in the mind.

Based on my experience so far here are my thoughts.

On a positive note, the fact that you kicked ass on holiday shows you have it within you be be awesome! Now you know you have it within you, you just need to tap into that over here.

Maybe on holiday you just gave yourself permission to be yourself because you felt like it didn't matter what happened because you'd probs never see anyone from there again. However, when you're back here perhaps you're not giving yourself permission to just be you and take risks because etc. because you feel more stifled in your home than on holiday.

I really do think this is all positive though because if you can be cool and successful in one place it really does show you've got what it takes and you can feel confident that if you can simply get yourself into that state of just being yourself over here and trust yourself to just go for it then the girls won't know what hit them!

You went on holiday and were vibing with every bit of skirt you saw. Nice, nice. What did you go on holiday to do? Have fun, enjoy the sun (there was sun right?), drink, laugh...Fuck maybe? Good times in a place and with people you know you will never see again. So why would you need to care less about what people think of you there. If they think you are weird for approaching. Or if they laugh if you approach and fail a set...Fuck that, you aint ever gonna see them again. Plus, the girls on holiday are there to have just as much fun, its more chilled and a fun experience for all.

Now you come back and you feel you've lost that confidence? Maybe...But it's all in your heard. You done it on holiday, you can do it anywhere mate. You just have to continue the mindset you had on holiday. I bet its a totally different mindset now you are back though. Back to work, back to the same ol routine of things...

All you have to do is create and maintain the vibe you had on holiday...The I'm out for fun, laughs, good times, good conversation, new experience's kinda vibe. You obviously have it in you...Just bring it back out here in the U of K..

yeah course, its natural, u just need to aclimatise, takes abit of time. but best way to get back to fun mindset is to have fun. shoudlnt be a prob considering its freshers........can u smell the poon????
