Default what do your friends think about PUA - 30-08-2010, 01:07 PM

i have had alot of negativity when it comes to it
saying it is rubbish, doesnt work, you are a weirdo. even with people that have read the game they think its a joke and a waist of time.
i just cant see where they are coming from
they are afc to the core but rather than try something new they would rather put down PUA and just carry on complimenting women and getting rejected .

anyone had the same experience?

Your always going to get people whom disagree with things other people do man. Its called life. The magic you have learnt is just to 'deal with it', Ignore it & move on.

The big difference between us is that we have all noticed something in our lives we want to drastically improve, to better us off, make us enjoy life & feel good about how we live it..Where as, on the other side, they are happy just settling for the norm and living life in a comfortable situation which will probably never improve amazingly for them..

You'll come off in a better position then them in the long run.

I am quite secretive about game with all but one of my friends. I think this will always be a sticking point even if I have the level of success I want. Because if certain friends know, then they will all know, and they will all comment on it. There are just as many girls in my social group too. And regardless what my results are, I would not like them to think of me as someone who goes out just to meet women. To me it's no issue, and with friends outside my core group too, but it's not a persona I like to associate with my main group, many of whom are in relationships. Too much politics/ history etc. Guess that's why I'm here talkin' to you guys.

Showed one friend, created a monster. He must have asked literally half the women in town if they were up for a threesome in a single night. That was his opener, for serious, "hi, fancy a threesome?", he didn't care. People kept looking at him funny. He kept going out night after night with the same mindset, got banned in a few places, got punched in the face. Eventually found a cute little thing who could bend over backwards. Treated her like shit and she took it like a good little girl, poor thing. Got an ego about everything he did, my other friends noticed it too. Sat him down and had a talk one night, but in hindsight I was probably just being a bitch. He calmed down a bit afterwards but it was entertaining at the time.

They think i'm a moron even when i tell them i'm just trying to build my confidence and sharpen my natural game.
My friends think its about putting on a pair of goggles, asking a girl some stupid opener, telling her her breath stinks and asking for a number.

When in doubt, do it anyway!

I get different reactions depending on how I phrase it.

When I say that I want to become more socially confident, most friends think it's great.

When I say that I want to become better at picking up girls, most of them get uneasy.

I think we're considered weird because we think about this stuff and practice: my friends seem comfortable with the idea that some people are naturals, but not with the idea that one can learn.

Reality is what you decide it to be.

We're such losers.

Or at least we used to be after discovering this stuff and running with it.
