I need some advise/ tips/ help!!!

basically, there is a hb10!!!!!! downstairs (different department) in the same company as me.

theres been some eye contact but i seriously want this!!! how can i go about getting her???

Go chat to her I guess. Flirt, show your interest. It'd be a start.

To be honest I'm not a fan of trying to hit on girls at work. There’s hundreds of no-strings options outside your workplace. Time for you consider what exactly is needed for you to go about getting them. After all, you want to be a man of many options right?

One thing you will notice is that attractive girls go in packs, so might be better to befriend her and then get to meet all her friends

Well mate, for a start, you need to make yourself known. Eye contact is a start but it wont get you the girl. Next time, grow some balls, make a passing comment e.g. "it is nice out there", "havent seen you around here before, where have you been hiding", "which department you working at", etc. etc and introduce yourself and start a conversation but dont be creepy. Your body language is important. Show her you just one sociable guy who likes to get to know her. Send her an email if it is permissible at work. And with time, start building rapport and attraction. And eventually ask her out.

I was intruduced to the game around 4 years ago, early days were good now ive lost my touch, I know the basic general rules of practice but I really need to do something to stand out in this hbs eyes, I don't want to say or do something every other guy has, and yes, I don't want to come across creepy

Knowing the basic rules aren't going to help you. You need to apply yourself and get out meeting more girls, or esle you'll be relying on the first HB10 who you come across in the workplace. This just puts pressure on you when it happens.

Stick around on the forum, introduce yourself properly and see if you can learn something new.
