close your eyes & imagine confidence, a small ball of whatever colour u choose in the centre of your chest.... Take a deep breath and slowly imagine it getting bigger & bigger

let it fill your arms and legs ....... shoulders & head

Feet .... hands and let the feeling get STRONGER each time u breath until u can really feel your whole body covered with this confident feeling. imagine your colour covering your whole body.

Once you can do this.... ... imagine the colour of confidence starting to move into your room, walls ... the whole house...

imagine it filling up your street... your neighborhood...

ZOOM that pic out imagine your confidence beginning to fill your city slowly, then the whole country KEEP GOIN UNTILL U IMAGIN THE WHOE PLANET COVERED WITH YOUR CONFIDENCE

GO FURTHER AND FILL EACH OF THE PLANETS AND STARS WITH THIS COLOUR

In the end keep this picture in your mind of you filling the whole universe with your supreme confidence... looking over everyone like a god...

Keep this in mind when in your general life, imagine your veiw of life from the heavens not from the ground.

Then ask yourself... Is there anything i cant do

Im not bored, Yes i am actually but... i just enjoy using my mind tho, this was a technique a derived from bits ive learned from all over the show... its better when i do it personally with someone coz i can use it as hypnosis and literally drop the bomb on suggestion.

This stuff is what makes u believe in urself... like the feeling when i get moments where i TRULY believe i am the single greatest person on earth

By em i meant psychologists - didn't want to make a odd sentence... oh well.. Anyway - "Imagine you have a light ball in your abdominal region so you put all of ur bad emotions in it and trow it away"- remember lady saying something like that..was long ago tho. Nvm that tho id say what u described there is a form of meditation only without clearing of mind...

nah... its not the same... the whole "PUT UR PROBLEMS IN A BALL is an NLP technique to soften & dampen thoughs & images... Lock them away as u will.

The technique here is synisthesia... where u use the colour to associate it with feeling...

this means you can VISUALIZE things being filled with your confidence,

get on ur bed and try it... if anyone wants i will do a AUDIO tape and do a breif hypnosis bit and see if it helps .. i know looking down on the world helps my confidence

I like this exercise but to be honest I prefer using NLP to put me in my "excellent state". You use images from your own life that are you at your best. I find that tobe more relevant to me but if this works for you thats great.

It's not about whether this is good or bad, right or wrong; just whether it's right for you.
