I love a good inspirational saying. A long while ago if I heard something meaningful or inspiring I’d write it down on a post it note and stick it on my “Meme wall” for inspiration and contemplation later.

After I moved house they ended up in a draw but recently I’ve rediscovered them, typed them all out and I thought I’d share them with you guys.

Undoubtedly you’ve heard some or most of them before, some are my own creation and some are from friends.

I think you have to be aware with quotes that like everything else they can be fallible I'm not saying don't get inspiration and drive from them but don't just accept them on face value. For example (this is me being really picky) the quote about the one eyed man is king is not necessarily true, what if the kingdom of the blind is perennially pitch black all the time? Then the one eye counts for nothing.
Maybe its just me and my questioning nature but you might gain extra incite by examining things closer also there is the matter of context which I just took that one eye one out of :-)
