just from listening/doing confinence exercises and implenting some PUA ideas im really seeing the changes already.

i feel so much more relax in all situations. for example; yesturday i was in the library getting on with my report and when i got up to get a drink, i noticed a hot girl who i know through a friend there. she recognises me and smiles hello, i smile back but in my head i think 'go and talk to her', so i did.

now this might not sound like much but before i would have said hello and walked away, max.

so anyway i went over to talk to her -

me: hi xxxx
her: hiya, hows things?
me: busy, ive got shed loads of work to do by friday.
her: ohh have u, ive only got this (she showed me an essay which she had to complete), its gotta be done by firday aswell but im almost done.
me: tidy, u can get on with my work afterwards then.
her: what course are u doing? engineering isi?
me: yeh its so hard. cant wait till im done on friday so i can go out and get hammered.
her: i went to a fancy dress party as a bay watch babe on the weekend. i was only in my bikini and i got so drunk, cant remeber much of it. im getting terrible.
me: i dont know ur going down hill girl (here i put my arm around her and she leaned into my shoulder - using kino) ull be on the corner next thing now.
her: i know. (she laughed) way to make money though ini (in a joking tone).
me: yeh thats true, way to catch aids aswell.
(We both laughed)
me: come out friday then? u know quite a few of the boys im going out with. get ur girlfriends together and we'll have a good laugh.
her: yeh orite, sounds good. here have my number and let me know whats happening.
me: okey dokey babes (i got up at this point) im gonna crack on with my work now (i squeezed her shoulder as i left), speak to u later.
her: yeh okay, bye hun.

about an hour later she came over to see me and went to sit on my desk but i slapped my lap so she sat on my lap instead. i took a leaf out of adam lyons's videos about acting as if its normal behaviour - i was leaning back on my chair while she sat on my lap, and evn though i was thinking about shagging her , it was in no way a sexual-awkward situation because i was so relaxed about it. she came to tell that her housemates (8 girls ) are gonna be coming out friday and im really looking forward to that.

throughout the day i spoke to people i didnt know, not for long just a brief convo, but instead of being the shy guy, i was the relaxed guy. im really liking these changes, keep em coming.

i was with my mate today and he had his mates (mixed group) that i dont know to sit by us. now before id be shy but today i treated them as mates id known for years, we had some banter, fucked about with each others work, it was a good laugh.

thats one thing i think im good at - friendly banter. i never take it to far, it really does come naturally to me.

im gonna RSD Blueprint Decoded as it seems the thing on here and as its about developing the natural side of PU it'll suit me great.
