I was watching a video the other day by Adam Lyons where he breaks down the core elements of attraction into a simple equation...

(C-R)+Q+SE = A

Comfort minus Rapport plus Qualification plus Sexual Escalation = Attraction.

I get it all right up to the 'Qualification' part but I don't really know what he means by 'this and he sort of just glosses over it in the video.

What are your interpretations? I'd be interested to hear your ideas.

Sexual Escalation is one of the most critical elements. Stop before this point and you won't get anywhere. As a man you need to be the one who acts.

Less focus on trying to build attraction and more of 'I see I want', like the child who wants the sweets and can't help himself.

That would've been a good line to use last night. This girl was saying 'Don't you think we're pretty?' and I just said 'Yeah, you're alright' and they were like 'Only alright???' and I was like 'Yeah'. Which kinda worked because they pretended to turn their backs on me and said 'Well we're not talking to you then!' but then turned back around and said 'We're only joking' and invited me to sit with them.

Would've been a lot better to use that to make them qualify themselves and say 'Yeah you're quite nice, but I like girls who have a good sense of humour', then get them trying to make me laugh or something.
