I completly struggle when it comes to chatting to a woman unless ive had a drink in my system. I assume a lot of guys on here was like this when it came to approaching women in the street out in public. I can initiate a conversation but when it comes to asking to meet up or even for there number my anxiety kicks in it just ends with me giving blunt answers and then walking away. Any one on here that has any tips for this situation?

The only way to get better is by talking to women when you're sober.

You're not alone - there are many confident businessmen/doctors/lawyers/bankers who struggle to talk to women if they've not had a drink. It can make someone who's usually confident in their day to day lives/work look like an utter p***y.

Try to talk to as many women as you can either during the day or night - set yourself a target.

You'll find the more you do the more the anxiety will vanish.

You need to break through the point where u feel most anxiety, no matter what - that's the only way you'll overcome it.

You have the accept the emotions and do it anyway. Even if you throw up on a girl after trying to talk to her, that's good. Better than talking yourself out of talking to her.
