I was reading Soule's article about specifically about using PU techniques to get 'any girl you want'. I won't go too much into article because I don't want to polute this post as he goes into specific theorys and techniques.

I want to ask the question on a higher level of conversation (rather than asking how, etc). I think PU techniques can definately increase your chances of picking up most girls. BUT my question to you guys is:

Can a PUA techniques become so potent that you can pick up ANY girl you want?
