Dance with them. Talk to them at the bar or in an area where the music isn't so loud. Don't bother with magic tricks.

Have a look at some of RSDMax's stuff, he's very good at club game. It's all about nonverbal communication and intent, predominantly through assertive eye contact, body language and escalated kino. Shows how important verbal communication really is (or isn't).
