As far as I can tell your point is that you think there's a competitive dichotomy between manly men and girly men. You've convinced yourself for some reason that heterosexual girls are for some reason not into manliness, causing puas to cheat the system by being extra effeminate, and you're so worried about and disgusted by the idea of not being manly that you're worried about your 'lay count' not being high enough.

If you want some advice about how to deal with this I'd just point out that it's all in your head. My interpretation of what user2999 is saying is that so many guys claim to have standards, yet ultimately give up on those standards and stoop to depraved levels and sleep with women they claim that they would never sonsider.
