I may as well have been famous the amount of attention i got. i had girls walking me to all of their friends and was completely fawned upon.

I have never experienced this before to such a degree.

Get in good shape, it makes the game a breeze.

That being said i didn't bang a single girl. Altho i didn't stop eating drugs...

so that will tend to happen.

Banging girls is not important, having a good time is. What kind of training are you doing currently, if i may ask? (Compound lifts, Cross training, etc.) And how often do you train?

Fo years i was just heavy lifting. earlier this year was advised to lower weight by about 30% and get good form. And up reps.

Now i pick a body part and focus more on that than others until i feel I'm where i want to be.

next up is legs & lower back. gonna do 3/4 months of that.

Then ill move to rear delts & arms for about 3/4 months.

that will land me at next summer which will be the perfect shape i am after.

its not important. it just happens as a consequence of being boss at life.

if your sole focus is women then life will be empty.

It will have more of an impact when you're on holiday like that. That being said, it's good to be in shape anyway, as it makes you feel better about yourself and improve your overall look to most women. The big bulky look not so much, but there's still a niche there if that's what you're into.

I'm currently eating well and lifting some weights at home. Heavy dips and some moderate deadlifts etc. I want to join a proper gym in the new year and mix things up a lot. Maybe do weights one day and gymnastic rings the next, and maybe even some BJJ or something. You see a lot of big strong guys about but sometimes they don't have functional strength - just aesthetics.
