So.. i read that porn messes with ur head and dopamine. You can google the negative affects of porn coz be assed with typin it all out. Im Lazy

However... i have abstained.... and its starting to make me like a dog. Im perving at girls and lusting about like i never have.

Porn was my fix .... its turning me into a hornbag but im thinking...

is that a good thing? granted im more sexually attracted to my bird... but im also doin alot more pervin..

Similar experience for me. The perv / lust thoughts I'm getting are there and porn does seem to enhance them. I don't think being in a relationship would make a massive difference to be honest.

But I don't think a mans deepest desires and most erotic fantasies could ever be satisfied by one relationship and the act of sex with one woman. But pursuing that feeling over and over is such a strong drive you can't ignore it.

At the end of the day we aren't in control of things. You just have to accept how it is and do the best you can. It's not perfect but life can be a lot of fun if you don't care too much.

That's the way I'm trying to think about things now. Getting too deep into anything, whether it's porn, gambling or whatever is not good.

One thing I like about 'pickup' is the more you get into it the more it teaches you about yourself. So to me it's different from other things. It's not about self indulgence, it's about challenging yourself and coming to terms with the reality. I want to get better with women and it's an interesting journey.

I'm trying to go through the whole year without watching it

I find that we have sex more, I am a little hornier but also the sex we have it or fulfilling

I'm think the might be a couple of reasons
Firstly I have sexual release mainly as intercourse so I find I have more energy and enthusiasm with her

Secondly I think porn can slightly warp expectations and hopes. Real life will never be like porn. No porn helps to accept that what you have is what you have and make the best of it. Naturally habits are formed when dopamine (a brain drug) is released.
