So ive really found that not giving a poo poo about anything anyone says or does help,
i tried it becouse i gave up being a kiss ass! not saying anything becouse it mite offend etc and realised that the opposite happenned people took an interest all of a suden i became mysteriouse and interesting, well even when people did ask what i was doing or thinking i didnt tell them suppose it was becouse i realised the only appraisal i need is from myself, that searching for others approval is not healthy and not valid, it made me appreciate my self more and my needs as well as others.
