How this works is just simple GCSE psychology. First of all asking her if breakfast has finished when it clearly has not discombobulates her current train of thought putting her in a semi precongeant state. It makes her easily sugestible and more likely to fall to the whims of a mid-tier PUA. The next line I shall break down for you - The Happy Meal represents her childhood, it will make her thinks of happier times where she was carefree and appreciated each day for just "fun and games". The words "apple pie" will subconsciously raise her body temperature and heart-rate putting her into a very sexual state. Finally the "Milk" refers to a little know evolutionary trait. It goes back to cavemen times when women would provide milk for the children while the men killed dinosairs for the family. This will awaken her reptilian brain, reconizing you as an Alpha male cavemen. She will do the rest of the work as it will defiantly work 94.5% of the time. Beginers stuff really.
