When it comes to body language i dont think i am particually bad, im not an expert but i think that i naturally hold myself in the correct way and i dont come accross creepy. one thing i could work on though is standing up straighter and walking a little cleaner..

i notice when people work on body language they become like robots and everything they do becomes jerky and i think this is down to them trying to implement all that they have learnt constantly, as in they are always thinking about it.

What is the best way to improve your body language without having to actively think about it until it becomes natural to you... or is that the only way?

One of the easiest things to do to improve your body language is hold your chin up when you walk. High value guys walk with their chin up. It's the natural curve of the spine to walk with your chin down, raise it!! Do it till it feels slightly over doing it and the chances are its perfect! Another thing is to open up your chest! Hope this helps bro!

2 things:

Firstly if you fix your self image and confidence your body language will follow. If you genuinely believe you are the dogs danglies then you will walk and talk like you are.

Secondly posture. Focus on getting your posture correct i.e. no slouching, shoulders back etc. if you google it I am sure there are plenty of posture adjustment webpages and videos.

but if you have the first one sorted then kino and everything else will fall into place...

Feeling this vibe at the mo. Starting to pull together a new wardrobe (as I now have a job and money) and already feeling a swagger coming on walking down the street. I guess there's a danger in the 'designer' clothes being a crutch, but hell, just choose to look and feel good.
