1. Having all this new shit going round your head (presumably the black paint, being all thinky and whatnot) on the one hand.

So not what they are thinking about (i.e. not talking about 1 though it occupies them somewhat because it is new and exciting) talking about other shit; which is what he advises the attendees to do just when talking about this grey zone.

I don't think he is saying he will talk to them about anything in the break like a special thing we non-attendees dunt get to hear. I think he is more advising them not to be endlessly talking about what he has just talked about in the break and saying they won't be completely in the 'white zone', because their minds might still be racing. However, they should talk about other stuff nevertheless because they need to chill and actually have a break in their breaks.



All the black, white, grey zone talk is a massive and needless overcomplication. He isn't saying he'll tell them something. He is telling them what they shouldn't be talking about and giving them a theoretical reason to do what he says (as is his style).
