I dont know if anyone else has this, but for some reason I am a PUA guru to my mate and there situations. For example my mate likes this guy but doesnt know how to play it. So i have been giving her all this advice on exactly what he will be thinking (from my POV), what to write in texts etc etc. And she keeps telling me OMG Tom thats the best advice, it worked amazingly etc etc! I am like the guy from the 'ugly truth', I swear to god!

However I cant seem to sort my own relationship stuff out! I feel abit like 'hitch' in a way that he can sort others relationships out but doesnt know where to start with his own / Eva Mendez. I only wish I had someone that gave me advice (other than you guys <3 lol). I will get questions like "How do I reply to this text or what do I say?" Alot of my mates think I must be really good with women etc, but that couldnt be further from the truth!

Anyone else in the same situ?

Firstly, let me say that I approve of the Eva Mendez reference. She'd so get it.

Secondly, I'm exactly the same mate. My flatmate constantly worries about relationships to the point of neuroticism (she genuinely asks things like "he only put 2 kisses at the end of the text....do you think that means he doesn't like me?!) and I'm always the one she goes to, presumably because I give decent advice what with knowing all this stuff.

The way I see it, my advising her on her relationships and sorting out my own game are completely independent. Reading how she should play it is easy because I'm a guy and interpreting guys is therefore a piece of piss (thanks in no small part to this place!). On the game front though, I've still got miles to go yet.

I've got to be honest, it is nice giving advice and everybody thinking I'm this clever relationship guy, but it's just a hand job for my own ego and only partly improves my value. At the end of the day, I'm only ever going to judge myself on my ability to pick up women.

AMEN!! I find it soooo easy and obvious, some of the things I tell them however are so inane and obvious, as you say knowing all this PUA stuff helps sooo much! I know exactly what guys or girls are doing and how to play it. But I never seem to be able to get in those situations myself.

Why cant I have a female that does the same to me!!!!!

A word of caution though, she might tell you what she thinks women want, not what they actually want.

Don't worry too much, the more advice you give the more this will become your reality and you will do things intuitively due to exposure to it, but that doesn't mean you don't need to push yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
