I have been thinking about this for a while:
Is
PUA just an expensive complicated placebo deigned to give men the confidence to approach women?
I mean lets face it, most men (not all) who end up looking in to
PUA just lack the self belief in themselves to approach and talk to a woman confidently without turning into a big creepy ball of mess.
Guys learn about negs, dhv, escalating etc. but you are essentially telling him to do what he should do as a natural course, giving him a confidence boost to flirt because he has these "secrets" in his arsenal that he doesnt really need.
I wanted to see what you guys thought because
PUA works to a certain point at getting men to "pick-up" girls but I don't think it is the techniques or school of PU that does it, more the fact that a guy has a crutch of confidence for his approach....
