I personally think that blanket condemnation of women who are looking for some monetary benefit from dating a man as being a bit of a double standard. They have ultimately just much of a right to prefer a bloke with a bit of cash to someone skin't as we have to prefer fit birds with big tits to fat ugly ones.

I think you underestimate the extent to which a womans attraction to wealth is instinctive. Men instinctively lust after fit women. Women instinctively "lust" after social status and adventure.
