it seems that some lads HATE texting.

the thing you need to realise is girl LOVE texting. and if your not texting her before your planned first date, there is probably some other guy textin her ... so you need to be the one they feel connected with.

if you ask a girl out, she agrees, then u leave it for a week. And in that week some other guy is having amazing text banter with her... UR GETTING JIBBED!!!

u need to learn text banter. i still do it with my bird now, girl LOVE it.

so again, while some people say

"If you made a date u dont need to keep checkin"

ur not, you just need to realise, she doesnt even know u, by the time your date is due, she has had hardly any contact, and she is probably thinking...

where as if you are texting, you have recently become a fun new part of her life she looks forward too.

So again. whether u hate it or not, its a huge part of womens social interactions now.

so deal with it...


(to just clarify, i havent been on a 'date' for YEARS. I stopped doin it when i realised most girls are exactly the same & its boring. i pretty much got to the point of just saying... So.. we gonna fuck then or what. This does not work for a lot of people, dunno why, just doesnt, but texting is important if u need to play the long game, at least up untill the point u realise demanding sex works for you)

As I for one play this long game I agree texting is an easy way to keep you as part of her life. You obviously don't want to text her for the sake of it, and there should be a point to the text, whether it be a joke or something that is going on in her life. I have been working hard over the past 4 months to improve my text game and, looking back my texts used to be either dull or fucking embarrassing. But hey, you learn the hard way, and I have only learned through trial and error by pushing the envelope in many directions with flirting, use of smileys, etc.

For the most part though how good you are is relative to what your attitude is like. If you are needy and desperate, like I have been with a lot of my numbers over the past few months, then this will come across in the texts. I have simplified my responses now as I put less emphasis on the value of a text.

I think most guys need to get good with ringing girls too. This will certainly make you stand out from the orbiters who are texting the girls constantly. Each situation has to be gauged I suppose. Some girls I ring, some I just text, some a bit of both.

im glad you are learning from your mistakes rather than assuming you read the books wrong.
