Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) ?
So what's the craic with this then?
I saw it in Tesco next to the Creatine but in a sealed case (that shit must be good then eh?) Apparently it aids in weightloss and muscle tone. Its apparently also pretty good at stopping tumors according to Wikipedia. Anyone have any experience with it? Or Creatine for that matter... |
I used creatine for a bit can't think if grew any more was long time ago. I've been getting good results by having long rest periods of 4 to 7 days between.
creatine is part of the atp my bird who knows shit said it's n amino acid so I imagine it's similar. atp is used for 3-4 minutes of high intensity exercise after the potassium has burnt off. I was thinking of trying an atp supplement. |

Any of you guys heard of Clarence Bass, 70 years old, ripped to fuck (my gf was shocked a guy her grandads age could look so good). Back in the 70's he got his BF% to 2.4 which is basically 0% (the 2.4 is the essential stuff you need round your joints and organs).
Anyway he says diet is THE most important factor to getting lean. Hes not reinvented the wheel or anything he just lives by the rule that the simple basics that we always ignore work. He places as little emphasis as possible on supplments and says the key is good old fashioned whole foods. My mates just done a 6 week trial on his eating habbits and has gone from 76kg 68kg and is looking super lean and sharp. Therefore im giving it a go too. If anyones interested check out; Clarence Bass:* Diet & Training Philosophy |
CLA is an oil naturally found in sunflower seeds, but has been scientifically proven to help increase fat loss and preserve lean muscle mass.
ATP is the molecule our bodies use for energy. ATP is like the energy currency for our cells. ATP is converted to ADP and energy is released. |
