I tried to watch it but that guy got on my tits with his negative views for the first 20 minutes. I'm with him on the train harder and shorter, but rest much much more, approach though. Plus the paleo, which I'm a fan of. Thanks for posting it regardless.

I have been convinced by my two mates to try paleo diet and test the benefit. So I have just ordered a paleo box containing various meat online and will be delivered straight to my house...! It costs £105 and consists of:
4 x 280g chicken supremes (skin on) packed in 2's 450g diced free range chicken 2 x 450g gluten free sausage (choose beef or pork) 2 x 450g packs of minced steak 2 x 230g(8oz) Gloucester Old Spot pork chops 2 x 230g(8oz) Gloucester old spot pork steaks 2 x 230g(8oz) Rump steaks 2 x 230g(8oz) Sirloin steaks 4 x 180g(6oz) Lamb steaks packed in 2's 1 Free Range Chicken (av 2KG) 16 slices of our home cured middle bacon packed in 8's 1 x 1.5KG roasting joint of your choice (beef or pork) 4 gluten free beef burgers Im stopping my rice intake completely. Gonna train harder and see what happens in 6 weeks before I hit Madrid! |
this guy is essentially a self acclaimed pick up guru using more YOU CAN GET LAID bollocks but usin it as a presell to his product...
he is borin me, can anyone give me a jist of it i.e the workout & the diet and the results he claims?? |
