Ex Bodybuilder now PUA
 
Hey guys,

I used to be a semi-pro bodybuilder for 2 years and then now I'm a full time Pick Up Artist, training guys to pick up girls. But I thought I would say a little about what I'm doing now to keep a good mass...

I used to be really into buying tons of different supplements and I've once tried riods, I seriously don't recommend them simply because I went on an emotional rollacoster after taking them for only a few weeks.

I now just simply take Bulgaria Tribulus, which is a really good herbal supplement that develops muscles just as well as CCE or NO2, obviously not as good as riods but the gains over the longterm are the same in my opinion.

With the Myprotien.co.uk Whey Protein it's at a really good price and the mixability is really good. I recommend getting the chocolate one. If you have a liquidizer then chuck in a pint of water, some ice cubes, some organic crunchy peanut butter, 3 scoops of Whey Protien and a banana, it will taste amazing!

So I hope this is good advice, I really get good results from these two products.

Tribulus - What is the difference between Bulgarian Tribulus and Vyomax Tribulus Terrestris? I just googled the Bulgarian Tribulus and it receives some very good reviews. I used the Vyomax Tribulus as maintenance now. I always thought Tribulus is Tribulus and gave the same results.

Growth Hormone - Have you got any opinion on M1T? I personally think it is the best growth hormone on the market currently, probably as near to steds but legal. I have taken it in the past and quite impressed with the result. No side effects but I did take milk thistle to help with the liver. Do you know any other growth hormone better than M1T?

Protein - I used Vyomax. I mix 2 big scoops of Vyomax protein with a tiny scoop of EAS Betagen (creatine). However, I might do what you have suggested.

NOx - Do you use this before training?? My mate who is a professional rugby league suggested using BSN NO XPLODE. I never used NOX but I know it can help during training. Your opinion???

Bodybuilding is pretty much all genetics, and steroids. Protein powders will do little to make you 'bodybuilder' big...do you still lift? What cycles did you do or did you enter the natty contests?

some people are claimin up to 1 stone in muscle mass in 30 days

Yeah I heard of SD Matrix. The kept rebranding the same thing. It was Tren Bomb before that. And Tren Bomb meant to replace M1T when it was banned in the States. Make sure you take your Milk Thistle. And taking SERM for your Post Cycle Therapy (PCT). Good luck with that!

SERM – Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Use Androbolix from Body-Active or ask the guys in there. It is a combination of Trib and 6-O. I use Vyomax Tribulus as maintenance. But you should use Androbolix as PCT. If you on 2-week cycle, use PCT over 2 week.

M1T is really designer steroid but it is legal (SK Sports for £39.99) and "less" toxic than the actual stuff. It is paramount that you drink loads and loads of water and take your milk thistle. I was on a 2-week cycles, two week PCT, 2-week cycle again. I did see a big improvement. I started at 68kg and ended up with 74kg. But that was 2 years ago. Tribulus terrestris - a plant that grows in tropical climates. It increases luteininzing hormone (LH) which signals the body to start making natural testosterone. Since it is natural herb (plant) I dont think it will cause any harm to use as regular maintenance over a period of time. IMO protien powders are crap because even though they have high percentage protein you end up getting most of it from the milk.

As for vitamins just get a multivitamin cheap.

I'm not going near that m1t e.t.c cos if you fuck your liver up sy goodbye to good physique. but if the milk thistle works why not.

luckily for me I've got good genes for this so ll I have to do is eat a lot of food lift weight and I gain muscle.

It's important to remember that eating loads of protein won't get you big cos your body finds protien hard to digest and you need calories to support the muscle so the carbs are important too. AA lot of people forget that just eating huge steaks. plus you'll piss out a lot of stuff so there's no point overdoing it.

Take M1T and before long, you can do full stack shoulder press, full stack leg press and do 35 reps of half chin ups like Terry the faggot hahahaha! On the very rare occassion you can't pull a bird by 6am on SUnday, we should visit the that gym, see if there is any improvement haha!!!!

I just realised that too, not been at it as long as you but I didn't get a cold or anything this winter, used I have at least 2 fairly incapacitating bouts of flu every winter. In fairness I've curtailed the workaholism tho, so it's not just the sups.

ur supposed to have protein drink with water, otherwise your body spends most of the digestion period seperating the fats.

Slow release protein. That way when you are sleeping you do not go in catabolism (the state in which the body eats itself). Anabolism is the opposite state.

The only evidence that tribulus works is purely anecdotal. Steroids are not so bad if you know what you are doing.

Try GOMAD. A gallon of milk a day, to get shit loads of really cheap protein. They say the results are akin to steroids. Probablly not very good for you, but it works.

Overall, I'd say bodybuilding can actually fuck with your head. It makes people completely obsessive and takes a lot of freedom out of your life, always having to eat at certain times etc... has anyone heard of bigorexia? Unless you have great genetics and then you can get away with a lot more.

I'm now totally confused I usually eat before bed I think the hardest part isn't getting bigger but balancing muscle verses body fat.

you gotta eat more to gain muscle but then you put on fat hmmm
