Ex Bodybuilder now PUA
Hey guys,
I used to be a semi-pro bodybuilder for 2 years and then now I'm a full time Pick Up Artist, training guys to pick up girls. But I thought I would say a little about what I'm doing now to keep a good mass... I used to be really into buying tons of different supplements and I've once tried riods, I seriously don't recommend them simply because I went on an emotional rollacoster after taking them for only a few weeks. I now just simply take Bulgaria Tribulus, which is a really good herbal supplement that develops muscles just as well as CCE or NO2, obviously not as good as riods but the gains over the longterm are the same in my opinion. With the Myprotien.co.uk Whey Protein it's at a really good price and the mixability is really good. I recommend getting the chocolate one. If you have a liquidizer then chuck in a pint of water, some ice cubes, some organic crunchy peanut butter, 3 scoops of Whey Protien and a banana, it will taste amazing! So I hope this is good advice, I really get good results from these two products. I hope this is informative, if you want to ask anything then just ask :-P |

I mix 2 big scoops of Vyomax protein with a tiny scoop of EAS Betagen (creatine). However, I might do what you have suggested. NOx - Do you use this before training?? My mate who is a professional rugby league suggested using BSN NO XPLODE. I never used NOX but I know it can help during training. Your opinion??? Thanks for any advice. |

Meh...
Bodybuilding is pretty much all genetics, and steroids. Protein powders will do little to make you 'bodybuilder' big...do you still lift? What cycles did you do or did you enter the natty contests? |

He needs other people to like him and it shows. I def wouldnt accept training from a guy trained by Sasha. EDIT Legend can u make a thread of all suppliments you take, what they do and how often? These Pro-Hormones are almost identical to Anabolic Steroids so keep that in mind.

IMO protien powders are crap because even though they have high percentage protein you end up getting most of it from the milk.
As for vitamins just get a multivitamin cheap. I'm not going near that m1t e.t.c cos if you fuck your liver up sy goodbye to good physique. but if the milk thistle works why not. luckily for me I've got good genes for this so ll I have to do is eat a lot of food lift weight and I gain muscle. It's important to remember that eating loads of protein won't get you big cos your body finds protien hard to digest and you need calories to support the muscle so the carbs are important too. AA lot of people forget that just eating huge steaks. plus you'll piss out a lot of stuff so there's no point overdoing it. |

Slow release protein. That way when you are sleeping you do not go in catabolism (the state in which the body eats itself). Anabolism is the opposite state.
The only evidence that tribulus works is purely anecdotal. Steroids are not so bad if you know what you are doing. Try GOMAD. A gallon of milk a day, to get shit loads of really cheap protein. They say the results are akin to steroids. Probablly not very good for you, but it works. Overall, I'd say bodybuilding can actually fuck with your head. It makes people completely obsessive and takes a lot of freedom out of your life, always having to eat at certain times etc... has anyone heard of bigorexia? Unless you have great genetics and then you can get away with a lot more. |
plus it can be an extremely expensive hobby. I just go running these days.

I'm now totally confused I usually eat before bed I think the hardest part isn't getting bigger but balancing muscle verses body fat.
